Lily Sooter

Administrative Coordinator

Lily is our administrative coordinator. Lily attended Texas A&M University for both her undergraduate and graduate degrees. After teaching kindergarten for 5 years, Lily joined the Blue Dog Team! She keeps the Blue Dog team organized and on track to meet all their project goals. When not working, you can find her spending time with her daughter Stella, playing pickleball, talking too much about Taylor Swift, or reading a good book. Lily’s favorite paint color is a tie between Sherwin Williams “Hazel” and Benjamin Moore “Absolute Green.”

Erasmo Dominguez

Territory Manager

Erasmo is one of our territory managers. Erasmo brings 20+ years of industry knowledge to the Blue Dog Team and is an expert voice we rely on often. Erasmo, his wife Maria, and their children have called Ft. Worth, TX home for many years. When he is not using his expertise on a Blue Dog job site, you can find him spending time with friends and family and cheering on the Dallas Cowboys! Erasmo’s favorite paint color is Dorian Gray.

Territory Manager

Colton is one of our territory managers and a shareholder! He takes pride in making sure that every project runs smoothly and efficiently. His attention to detail makes him an essential part of the Blue Dog Team. If you ever need expert tips on skateboarding or bowling, Colton is your guy! His favorite paint color is Sherwin Williams “Splashy.”

Brett Lewis

Head of Estimations

Brett is our head of estimating and an owner! Brett attended Baylor University and has been a part of the Blue Dog Team from its inception. Brett is married to his wife Kendall and they are proud dog parents to Baxter. When he is out of office, Brett can be found hunting or on the golf course. Brett’s favorite paint color is Sherwin Williams “Laurel Woods.”

Jackson Beasely

Founder & CEO

Jackson attended Texas A&M University where he majored in construction science. After graduating, he moved to Dallas where he worked various roles in construction before starting Blue Dog. Jackson has been married to his wife Allison for three years and they have two golden retrievers named Murphy and June! When he’s not running the show at Blue Dog, you can find Jackson traveling, completing home renovation projects, or watching football. He’s also known to be the most competitive guy at game night! Jackson’s favorite paint color is Paint and Paper Library “Stable Green.”
